Manic Corporation Dana Ceres & Sean Peden Scam artist Thousand Oaks, California

First off, I had dealings with the man that took money from me only on the phone so I did a search and honestly thought I had the right person when I put the photos up and did a bunch of reports.  I also thought this mans wife was in on it to.  Come to find out, I was way wrong and I am so sorry for putting the wrong photos up.  Since I can't take anything down on ripoffreport I am uploading the actual photo of the one named in this report.  I am so sorry for any inconvenience and hope that this does not hurt your reputation. The name is the same, just had the wrong photo of the person and just found out the photo and identity of the REAL A-Hole that took my money.  HERE HE IS!

So within a year, they changed their company name from Stage 22 to One Light Pictures?  

Me & my people had a chance to invest in a film that they were involved with as "executive producers".  We received a business plan & the thing that turned us off, was missing information from the Peden's/Waters.  In the business plan, it stated that the above mentioned has Universal Pictures secured to distribute the film.  Me & my people wanted to see actual documentation proving this & the response that we received was "You need to FIRST provide proof that you have money ready to escrow".  That's not how investment into a business works!  You have to prove to the potiential investor that they're going to get their money back PLUS interest and these two weren't able to provide that proof.  It's not that they didn't want to, it's because they couldn't.  If you have a major studio like Universal interested and wanting to distribute your film, PROVE IT, don't just say that you have them on board because that's shady and unprofessional.  Me & my people weren't willing to invest with these two on board because we ignored what others were saying about them online and we paid attention to them and everything that they had posted.  These two are just shady and act nutty.  Recently, they lost all of their credits on IMDB and their websites domains become available to purchase.  They were also terminated from the film project that they were involved with, I guess that the exectuive producer realized that they couldn't produce anything.  

Actually, they were changing their name a few times and now using a character name as of June 2016 of Nick and Nicole Peden!   I even heard that they are legally changing their names to that and actually looked at their ID.  Isn't that cute.  haha.  Nick and Nicole aren't putting things on line because they know the name PEDEN will come up so they are doing everything off line. 

I will say on one positive note that they did do a bad a* job for me on a project so they really do know what they are doing but I thought Nick and Nicole Peden is a little strange for a name change, but hey, that's their life.  I think that's the name they are sticking with to.  Sounds like it was.  But I dont' want to bash their work, they are actually very solid, and I also know the people writing these reports are psychotic stalkers, guess that makes me a fan to.  ha!  They are definitely keeping "Peden" as the last name, Sean says it's his dads good name so why hide from it.  Good for him, but bad for online!!!  Oh well, the internet is all fake anyway.

Funnily enough this showed up in my search engine as I was looking this man up. I had an interview with him regarding a company and I felt that he was lying way too much, aside from the fact that he doesn't know jack s**t about production protocol or anything related to it, he's all talk. His current name is SEAN WATERS and he is starting a new "company" called STAGE 22 in culver studios and here's the address 9336 Washington blvd, Culver city, CA and he's in studio C Floor 01. This man needs to be stopped, his current investor is supposed to be from China and this time he's talking millions.. I hope whoever is involved in this stop him before it's too late and he ripsoff this investor. 

Yes the rumors are true that I have a retraining order out on me. The people who did this are known scam artist here in Los Angeles that rips off people in the entertainment industry. They run a fraud production company and they make huge claims of having projects with millions in backing. The guy claims to be a 2 Time Emmy Award Winning director and the girl claims to be a successful international model and actress, neither can back up these claims.

They recently issues a restraining order against in Arapahoe County, Colorado knowing that I couldn't get out there in time. The funny thing is, these people don't realize that they just screwing themselves. They fail to realize that whether I succeed in fling a suit against them or they cause me to get arrested, either way, they will be exposed in court. For months they have threatened me with causing me to go to prison, let's say that I was to end up on trial, my defense attorney would investigate them and they would be exposed for the frauds that they are. People that they have ripped off and industry professionals who also have threatened them with the police because they caught on to their BS would all be willing to testify.

So am I worried about this restraining order, no! Exposing criminals for what they are isn't considered to be stalking. No matter how we end up in court together, they will be exposed.

Ask yourself this, who would the jury believe the most? A handsome man that's well dressed, carries himself with confidence, served in the Marine and got published in "Ripley's Believe it or Not" for an injury that he had sustained during his enlistment, no criminal record, has legit work experience in the industry with the most recent involving him being in a Andy d**k film with Charlie Sheen's ex-girlfriend sitting on his lap in the car from Knight Rider. Or, would they believe a couple that looks like heavy drug users, the guy fits the stereotype of a loner that went his whole life being bullied and rejected by women, and the girl has a medical record history of cutting herself when she couldn't have her way and had attempted suicide?

Who would the jury side with?

So, if those idiots are reading this right now, I just want them to know that I WILL continue to expose them and that when we get into a court room whether it be by my lawsuit against them or they did some stupid to cause me to go on trial, they will be exposed. They will be caught one day and they will go down. They've pissed off too many people. Funny thing is, they're investors, are on my side!!!

What's funny is they keep saying that I'm going to end up in jail for saying bad things about them, how can you arrest someone for that? If all of their allegations against me are true about me saying negative things about them online, why haven't they brought up a lawsuit against me? They know where i live and work, yet they only provide rented PO box addresses!

So once again, I'm not worried. It's another day, the sky is blue, and etc.

Here's an update for the Peden's game playing to save their scam operation & try to prevent themselves from getting arrested and loosing more potiental victims.  

When you expose them for the pieces of garbage that they are, they make all kinds of threats to you, which includes legal.  They recently brought up a restraining order against one of their alleged victims for false accusations that he has sent them HUNDREDS of emails, text messages, and phone messages that he intends to do them physcial harm for months.  This victim of theirs lives in Los Angeles and yet, they brought up the restraining order against him in Arapahoe, Colorado!  

The Peden's provided false testimony that they're residents of Colorado.  How is it possible that they can live in Colorado and yet work in Los Angeles?  How are they able to travel back and forth everyday?  Do they use a teleportation device like in "Star Trek"?  Colorado has no jurisdiction in this case whatsoever.  All communications was done in the city limits of Los Angeles County.  This was nothing more than a scare tactic to protect themselves from taking advantage of more people because they don't want to work for a living.  They did this knowing that he wasn't able to make the hearing in Araphoe, Colorado.  They stated that he's a stalker and they're scared for their lives.  They made it an issue when he allegedly called them and cussed them out, yet they had emailed him three days earler that week insulting him and saying very obscene things to him and making threats to him.  Yet HE'S the stalker!!!

The Peden's have also posted ads on Craigslist and other sites about one of their alleged victims trying to destroy his character, his image, his professionalism, and etc.  These ads consist of them stating that he's a virgin, that he's gay, that he's a rapist, and etc.  

Everyone that is associated with 22 Entertainment, LLC are all suspected of being involved in the scam operation.  Their so-called publicist, Megan Marie (who has no creditentials), keeps posting on their IMDB message boards about how great they are and the great work that they're always doing.  All this great work, yet nothing to show for it, even after being around for 22 years.  Betty Miloscia is another one.  This MORON keeps posting on their message boards pretending to be other people.

22 Entertainment, LLC is a FRAUD company.  The Peden's are 2 psychos that have major psychological issues and they're durg addicts.  Sean Peden is a sexual predator and Dana is a psycho that used to cut herself.  These people, everyone in 22 Entertainment, misrepresents themselves as they have no money, no funding, no potiential investors, no connections, no skills, no knowledge, and etc.  You'll find nothing online but negative things about them.  Even their website is full of crap.  All it has is Dana Peden talking about how great the company is and what they've accomplished and yet has nothing to show for it.  Dana's demo reel is a joke, it's nothing more than her showing off for the papparazi and talking about how great their company is.  This from someone who's a successful actress and model!  The same for Sean Peden who claims to be a 2 time Emmy Award Winning director.

I can not wait until these 2 get locked up.  Then Sean will loose everything, even his won wife will hate him.

This is all you need to verify that he is NOT a legit filmmaker.  Also, he claims to have been an associate producer for America's Top Model.  Contact the production company that makes it and verify it.  Same with "Hogan Knows Best", "Goosebumps", and etc.  

FYI, I have documentation from one of the executive producers from Fremantle Media that he has NEVER heard of Sean Peden nor Dana Ceres/Pisces Peden.  

But please contact the production companies for any of these TV shows and movies and they'll verify that Sean & Dana aren't legit.  Hell, contact the Emmy's and verify that Sean Peden is a 2 Time Emmy Award Winning Director.  

Here's another thing, Sean Peden claims to have been on Jimmy Kimmel, David Lettermen, & Entertainment Tonight.  So let's see him show to footage for all of that!  Dana too!

Sean and Dana are NOT blacklisted in L.A. and that is a true FACT.   If anyone is running their mouth off it is Tristan Stadtmuller. 

As far as saved e-mails, all of TStadtmuller's  have been forwarded to their attorney which reveal death threats among other things.

He keeps saying that Sean and Dana are making up these people.  Well I can assure you I am real.  I was in the movie "Bad Kitties" and I am listed on IMDB.

"Bad Kitties" is an amatuerish film that was made by Sean & Dana that have no other experience in the entertainment biz.  Both make claims that their production company has been around for 22 years.  So that contradicts what you said about them just starting out.  Also, they both create fake IMDB credits.  Such as saying that they have been involved with American Idol, America's Top Model, & etc.  So they should have paid you people in their film.

Bad Kitties had about 3 executive producers that had raised about $100 grand.  Sean & Dana screwed them over & slashed their credits & broke contact with them for a long while.  Bad Kitties will never sell because it's very very very unproffesional film.  The investors for that film made a very bad investment in those two.  The investors for that film will NEVER get their money back.  Sean & Dana only used about $10 grand to make the film and the rest they had used for drugs, rent, and etc. Bad Kitties is a testimony that Sean isn't a 2 time Emmy Award Winning director and that he doesn't know what he's doing.  It also proves that Dana isn't an international model. 

I had made a video & created a website that exposes these 2.  People who have been contacted by them are telling me THANK YOU because the evidence that I have provided PROVES that they're con artist.  I have received emails from people who have been cussed out by them when they had asked them about all of the negative post about them that's online. 

Sean & Dana are not nice people.  People that have worked with them all say that Dana is very arrogant and one investor used to tell her to shut up. 

Sean & Dana had solcite sex & prostitution to me.  They also ignore the fact that they even sent an escort to my home the night before they had called the cops on me.  We are the girls home when she gave me permission to be there.  Dana knew who I was when I had went to the car to say hi to her.  She got really scared and pretended that she ddin't know me, but how did the cops know my name and that I was in the Marines and that I was a film producer?

Sean & Dana continue to create fake post which is the only way that they can defend themselves.  I operate a porn site?  PROVE IT!!!  Also, $2 grand of that $7 grand was mine.  I had taken out a loan with Navy Federal Credit Union to help pay for the film.  So why would I do that?  Law enforcement can take a look at my records and see that I didn't spend that $2 grand on nothing. 

Sean & Dana make claims that they have attorney's detectives, and connections with the FBI, CIA, & ICE & yet I'm not in prison and no lawsuit has been giving to me.  The CIA, FBI, & ICE can hack into my emails and see ALL of the emails that I have saved with these 2 when they had 1st contacted me.

Sean & Dana have been blacklisted here in Los Angeles & I had filed a police report against them with the LAPD.  So they ran off because they can't keep none of their threats, even the life threatening ones. 

Sean & Dana have posted photos on IMDB claiming that they are making a Revolutionar War movie.  Yet the pics speak a 1000 words and proves that they're fraud.  Their so-called set looks more like a reenactment tourist attraction.  Sean is seen using a $150 Wal-Mart camcorder with no tripod which will make the film look shaky, unproffessional.  There's no sound equipment, no lighting equipment, no nothing that proves that it's a legit film.  For a production company that's been around for 22 years, they can't afford much of nothing. 

For anyone who wants to ignore all of the negativity that's online about these 2, go for it!  In the end, you'll get screwed by these 2 & wishing that you had listened to me.  It'll be a while before they want to come back to LA!!!

I worked with Sean and Dana on the film Bad Kitties, and I know for a fact it was a real movie.  I saw it in a MUVICO theater back in August of 2012. I had a small role. Everyone was told up front that the pay would be deferred (just like the majority of film companies that are starting out).  I didn't mind because I got a lot of experience working with them and all the actresses.  Sean is an awesome Director and Dana is an awesome actress and they both are an awesome couple.I don't know who you are getting your information from, but it makes me wonder what type of competition is out there in this line of work.

I do have one question for you though; has anyone looked into the background of Tristan Stadtmuller? He has a disgusting porno website.

This is my theory:  Tristan Stadtmuller's investors gave him (Tristan) the $7,000.  He in turn used it on drugs and womanizing.  His investors asked where the money was. In the interim, he met Sean and Dana who were a nice couple, and blamed them for the disappearance of the money to cover his a**. This is why he is so hell bent on going after them so it looks good for him and the investors don't kill him. So therefore, he's the one who is trying to save his own neck.

What am I going to court for?  Sean & Dana have nothing on me that they can take me to court for anything.  They have falsely accused me of slander & have threatened me with a lawsuit for slander when I'm well within in my right to report their criminal activity online.  They have made threats towards my safety & my life.  They have created fake identities & have harrassed me.  Sean nor Dana have any guts to take me to court because I have kept ALL of my corresponding emails with them which includes Sean working with Vivid, Dana being a model for Victoria Seret, & etc.  These are things that they'll have to prove in court, which they can't.  Sean will have to prove that he's a 2 time Emmy Award winning director that he advertises.  I have emails from them in which they solicite sex to me.  So what are they going to take me to court for?  They have nothing on me.  FYI, I want to go to court with them.  The website is now up, let's see what kind of threats they make to me now, especially since they're so "ruthless".

News flash: Dana acts like other people and posts comments to everything posing as other people. This rebuttle was not written by anyone that has worked with sean and dana. As NOONE would come to their aid so altruistically. They make up numerous false identites to harass anyone they have stolen from. I to have worked with these guys Sean Peden and Pisces Peden. However I am not sure what planet the guy is posting about lives on but my experience was amazing. I was brought in on a film project, treated with the utmost respect, and paid!

They are a very loving couple, no games and very decent people in the industry. I cannot believe that this one guy Tristan Stadtmuller who makes porno movies with underage girls and barely legal girls is trashing these two because they did not want to make a porno movie for him. It is disgusting. I cannot believe I googled them and found this nasty hate site that does not even validate anything.

I urge anyone to work with these people, Sean Peden and Pisces Peden are simply the best in the business when it comes to the work they do and the standard of the people they work with. They even have security on set and food! :-) I did find out that this Tristan person is going to court though. I called the people that are being targeted, they just laughed and said the attorney was on it and they are pending a court date. This guy Tristan really messed with the wrong group of people. Sean and Pisces are very ruthless when you mess with them or the people they work with. But again, they are wonderful to work with and always were very honest with me.
