Manions International Auction House Manion's does not pay off for consigned merchandise Internet, Kansas

I consigned several items to Manion's which they sold and I paid a stiff commision to Manion's. When it became time for them to pay, they said they could not pay because they did not have the funds. I filed a complaint with the Better Busines Bureau which came to nothing. I was told I could receive regular payments which did not happen either. I was forced to take auction items for the balance owed and had to pay yet another commision to Manion's. I must attempt to sell the items I  purchased but will wind up with about a 40 to 50 % loss on the money I expected. For a total of over $10K owed to me I received a wonderful payment of $400 and change. After much email, several months later, I received another wonderful check for $500 which bounced. I hate it that this great company has dipped into the sellers revenue to such an extent that they cannot fullfill their obligation to pay the consignor for their monies due. They cannot be trusted, obiously to fulfill their fiduciary obligation to their consignors. I would never consign anything with them again.

And further more, I have purchased several premium items from Manion's as original, and when I went to resell them, I was told they were reproductions. I have also purchased items listed as repro, and they were original. Manion's has credibility as well as financial issues.
