First, my apologies if Mr. Desai has been incapacitated by a personal or health issue. I will update this report if I hear (and believe) that to be the case. But these are the facts as I know them so far.
On Nov. 15, Mr. Desai purchased an item I had on eBay by hitting the BUY IT NOW option.
It is now a month and a day later, and Mr. Desai has not paid or responded to at least a dozen emails I sent inquiring why he hasn't paid.
Perhaps Mr. Desai thinks there are no repercussions to reneging on an eBay purchase. Well, Mr. Desai is wrong.
Would you trust Mr. Desai as a business partner in any transaction at all if he's not willing to honor his eBay responsibilities?

As a former seller on ebay I had to deal with at least 75 non-paying bidders a year. It pretty comes with the field if you decide to sell on ebay. So just imagine this: if I made a ripoffreport on every bidder for 2 years that would be 150 reports. By all means it does not make it right but I refuse to file ripoffreports on the people who decided to buy things. Crap happens.
