I got caught in a Craid's List scam.

I was looking for a boat and found one through Craige's List and found one who was supposedly oened by joseph.coons@chesterengineers.org

Because it was a stated trade in, Mathis Auto was the consignment keeper of the boat.

I recieved a bill of sale, pictures of the boat and supposed warehouse and wired a bank to bank wire transfer.

I got confirmation.

I even got a text from the supposed driver about a confirmation drop off 3 days before the boat was due to arrive.

My paid for boat never arrived, the supposed to seller's e mails from me came back DAEMON, and Mathis Auto does not accept any calls on niether their toll free number 1-855-636-9643, or their 1 786-221-2729.

I contacted the Miami BBB, and they supposedly have no complaints about Mathis Auto and Consignment.

I tried to cantact the City of Miami police dept, my hometown sheriffs dept, the Florida States Attorney's office and Craig's list, all to no avail.

I was told to sue them, but attorneys fees superceede the price of the boat.

After working my whole life and planning on enjoying a nice boat in my semi retirement, instaed I have fallen prey to a Craig's List Internet Scam!
