Approximately one month ago, I contacted the owner of this company, Erik Johnson, regarding mobile homes. During that conversation, he stated that he knew of a mobile home park owned by a gentleman in the Phoenix area. The owner was asking approximately $100,000 for the Park and would possibly owner finance. I told Johnson that I was interested in pursuing this deal. He stated that he would contact the owner and would pursue this for me. Since then, I have sent him several emails, text messages, a Linkedin message, and voice messages to no avail. Every time I have contacted his "office" phone (480-422-6881), I only get the answering machine.

Erik Johnson is obviously very flaky at the least. Save yourself the headache and do not deal with this fly-by-night "businessman".
