This starts off March 2008 at Maple Ridge Chrysler in local dealership, custom ordered 2008/3500 Dodge pick-up truck from factory left $1000.00 deposit with Maple Ridge Chrysler was told it will take aprox 2mnths, was given 2007 dodge pick-up truck to use until 2008. was delivered at this time. wrote another check for $7000.00( I have receipt), on day of May 9th 2008 Maple Ridge Chrysler had factory ordered truck deliver to 100 mile house where I know live, there we exchanged on ICBC paper tax transfer forms 2007 model for the 2008 model, to my knowledge I was approved thru TD Canada bank for loan of $800.00 per month did not go thru Chrysler finance or take rebates it was cheaper per month to buy it outright.

Date of May 29th 2008 received a phone call telling me Maple Ridge Chrysler made a mistake on tax form for $4000.00 they would be stuck having to pay this amount due to tax forms( they used 2007 pick-up as a trade in also it was to their benefit for me to take 2007 off lot so Maple Ridge Chryslers numbers looked better at months end) .since then they have not taken any other money from me or my account that was set-up for monthly with drawls of $800.00 per month. Maple Ridge Chrysler then wanted me to sign NEW documents so they would not have to pay the $4000.00 in tax.

once receiving NEW documents the entire deal had been altered payments were now bi-monthly of aprox $525.00 twice per month and term was shorter thru Chrysler Canada ,also they are using my numbered company on new documents but in original documents my full name was used as I was told thru Maple Ridge Finance my numbered company had not been around long enough to qualify for loan. asked what was going on Maple Ridge Finance told me I was NOT approved by TD Canada (had previously registered a numbered company #bc0819853 for a business) now remember this all started in March 2008.

at present time have called my lawyer he suggested I call TD bank for information on my loan. they have no record of my loan or loan approval @ TD bank ?

as of today August 14/08 they have now forged my signature on purchase agreement while telling me to contact head office to arange NEW payments, the ownes is now on the dealer by law to provide proof on what is the TRUTH,herefor I will continue to send cashiers cheques to Maple Ridge Chrysler for original payments.I do hope this helps other and possible opens up a can of worms,
