Marble Slab Creamery liars thieves, screw customers over and steal from them, employee carlos corrupt and sick rude Orlando Florida

ive been going to marble slab for years, as has im sure many people. You as a customer know the amt of yogurt they normally give you and when you're being screwed over intentionally by the sicko people that work there. I recently went there...placed a simple order--frozen yogurt on a cone...not very hard to do. Of course the loser/lunatic taking my order, carlos, first was very rude to me lookingat me like WHAT??? are u saying??? as if im speaking a foreign dialect....hallmark of teh nutjobs you find in society today- total idiots and jerks who if they watn to try to bring you down or treat you bad will make you seem or appear stupid in some form...or are very rude...then, he 'pretends' the vanilla side of the yogurt is running out-- when it clearly isn't. I've had this happen before, where they will flat out lie and claim they have no yogurt-- when they do - just to try to pull one over on you for absolutely no reason and leave u upset, pissed off, or without anything you wanted...why these nutcases do this, I have no clue but they are just sick stupid people- crazy imo. Of course I knew the yogurt wasn't running out-- he just put some on a cone and it was perfectly fine... then of course..he hands me the yogurt after wasting some of my time-- of cousre...another problem..he gives em A LOT less than they normally give-- even for a small. I explained to him-- they usually give more and to make it a large-- he puts about a tablespoon more on....and proceeds to hand it to me as if that's a large. Ive been going to this place for years, and know that that is "not" a large...then he lies and claims that's how much they normaly give-- which is a blatant lie...then he tries to go to his employee like... she wants a large and how much should I charge her for putting extra....not only am i asking for what they normally give for a large I was just asking for a little bit more....so he puts it on then decides to charge me .60 cents for the "tablespoon" of yogurt plus add another .25 cents for a waffle cone. marble slab has never charged extra for a waffle cone....and sixty cents for a tablespoon of yogurt they should alraedy have given? This psycho jerk was definitely screwing me over and on top of that stealing from me....I was upset but tehre was nothing I could do-- carlos a psychopath got away with his lies, vindictiveness, theft, etc...call it whatever you want it-- it's wrong...and these people have no right doing this to someone...he also lied and claimed they charged for a waffle cone-- they've never charged for one and I called another marble slab who claims they don't charge for a waffle cone....how can they charge sixty cents for barely adding anymore yogurt on and putting much less in teh first place-- that is total theft. I asked for the manager and carlos the psycho claims he's the manager-- I highly doubt that because most managers don't behave in such an irrational and immature and stupid way....the next day I decide to go back of course dreading having to deal with the same creepy jerk of an employee, and of course I did. Now I stood there 5 minutes watching everyone fill up yogurt cones 2-3 timeswith no problem...of course the moment it's my turn "carlos" decides....the vanilla yogurt has 'ran out' again and needs refilling....are you joking me? He then fills the cone once again....much less for a large....and barely any for a small....I told him...again and of course stressed out/upset at this point....that that's not a large and then he said it was, once again...so I told him I wanted another employee to help me out-- he went to anther employee and says "she wants a large"-- the other employee then filled the cone normally and made it a large and put the normal amt they usually give!...this to me was just crazy....that this deranged weird nut employee carlos literally could not make a 'large cone' for a customer and began battling and lying...for unknown insane reasons....and giving less yogurt....what is the purpose for this total stupidity-- just to upset annoy lie to scrwe over or stress a customer out? how can this thief get away with this? once i got the 'correct' amt of yogurt-- having to fight/battle lunatic carlos....the psycho then went on to charge me .25 extra for a waffle cone once again! I told the nut...they don't charge for waffle cones-- he said "they do now"....Ive been paying 3.50 for al arge waffle cone for years....not 3.77...I paid...as that thief took extra money...and went and called another marble slab...and asked if they charged for waffle cones and they said no-- not regular cones....i asked for the manager-- the thief/creep carlos once again said he was the manager...then pointed at the owner and said "he's another manager"...at this pt I just wanted to bail....but there is no place to complain about these sick creeps that work at this place....and what they can get away with....marble slab hires thieves who steal from customers intentionally...and wont give them the right amt of yogurt then charge them ridiculous amts for extra yogurt....what is this stupid society coming to anyway...ice cream employees that try to rip customers off? what a sad joke...
