Order came in over 6 months late and I think the only reason why I even got it is because I was so persistent. After doing more research online I see other people have had the same issues with topstone1 aka marblearte and have not received their items at all resulting in multiple lawsuits. Do some searching people you will find it as well... I've had to have 2 companies come out now and fix this subpar fountain that we paid a large sum for.
We have racked up about $1200 in repair bills now on this fountain that Mr. Gendler wants to have no part of paying for which is nonsense. The contractor told my wife that if there was not any reinforcements put in it could get worse over time and recommended not running water through the fountain. Now we are stuck... No return policy.. No compensation for repairs.. And feeling lucky to even have SOMETHING for what we paid..

The customer ordered a fountain from Top Stone. A picture of the completed fountain was approved and paid for by the customer and the shipment had insurance paid for by Top Stone. In the United States UPS was used and they have insurance once pickup up from the port of entry in Long Beach California. The customer obserbed damages but did not follow procedures to collect on the UPS insurance.
Top Stone has made at least 4 email/test attempts to help but customer only complians and blames Top Stone when UPS is responsible. UPS damaged the fountain somewhere between the port of Long Beach and the customer;s location.
Top Stone has done as much as possible without the customers cooperation excepts trying to damage our reputation. Top Stone has been delivering marble and granite art since 2001 and rarely has this type problem as all orders are insured from factory to delivery.
