I ordered a title search from this firm...I paid $300 and got worthless information. I then went back to them and told them that the info provided was not accurate. I then spoke with a Ms. Marci Heidelbaugh, apparently director of marketing or something...
She gave me all this B.S about how they can't guarantee the information and if I wanted a more thorough search I need to pay an additional $500....so I did, I paid them the additional fee and waited for about 3 weeks.
I then contacted them and the same Marci Heidelbaugh said that they did not find any additional info.
So I asked for my money back..at which point she completely blew me off...she was nasty and disrespectful and refused to give me the refund.
I would NEVER do business again with these scam artists!!!
In addition to all this, they put me on their mailing list and send me daily spam!!!
