Margaret Kay Woodruff She is a deadbeat tenant. She refuses to vacate, destroys the home, files bogus suits, slanders, refuses to pay rent. Locust Grove, Oklahoma

This female has been given 3 eviction notices and refuses to vacate. I have since filed a forcible entry and detainer and been granted possession of property. She thinks that because she has 7 kids she can't be made to move out. They have destroyed my home. All windows are broke, holes in walls, kitchen cabinets relocated, doors completely destroyed, filth and stench that is unbelievable, dogs have dug holes all over yard, piles of dog poop, trash all over the yard. I have pictures to backup all that is said here. She does not work.

You can get a judgement but good luck ever collecting anything. Our tax dollars gives her food stamps, SSI, and all other government benefits she can get. She has slandered my name all over town but the entire town knows me so it doesn't concern me what she says. I have placed this here not to damage her in any way but to inform anyone that may have dealings with her at any in the future. I pray that you don't trust her like I did and get burned so bad. I do forgive her because GOD requires me too, but this experience has caused me to distrust everyone I don't know. I now require references and a credit check to rent a property to anyone I don't know.
