Margaret Pickard Mediator/parenting coordinator/coparenting Henderson Nevada

 Got assigned Margare Pickard as a parenting coordinator due to disputes with my ex. I was very disappointed to find that she would be utilizing our unfortunate situation to make money. How easy is it to capitalize on two emotionally charged adults disputing over a common child. Instead of assisting with disputes it was all too easy to keep them going when that's the very thing you are paid from. Margaret's fees were produced from reading emails ( the recommended method of communication with your ex), reviewing documents, setting appointments, and being the third party in between disputes of the two emotionally-charged adults. Common sense tells us that it doesn't make sense to quickly resolved disputes as this would mean less money in her pocket. If her services were so great not sure why I can't tell you one disputes that she was able to quickly resolve using her years of professional experience. She was also supposed to play the role of the unbiased third party which was never the case. And her recommendations to the court will always favor one party over the other while trying to seem fair. Both my ex and I agreed that her services were absolutely ridiculous and should definitely be reevaluated by the Clark Country Family courts if they haven't already done so. The class is basic "you don't get along but it's the best interest of the child to get along" ...thanks for the waste of time and money. If you get assigned to her and can't be reassigned...move our of state, it would be cheaper!
