We helped this family move into an apt and now they sopped paying rent and are squatting on the unit! They are even still use the gym and the pool even though they havent paid rent in 6months. Apt is working hard to get them evicted but laws on not paying rent are on the side of the renter or they would be evicted. They are squatters DO NOT RENT TO MARIA/ DAVID/ SAMANTHA VAUGHN

DO NOT RENT TO THESE SQUATTERS~They are still sitting in the apt rent free after we CO-Signed and helped them get into a place. They owe over $8500 in past rent and we dont know what they damages are because the State of Connecticut want Evict them.

Sad to see a company that knows very little of the situation would write something so awful. Maria passed away 9 months ago and David has struggled to keep his 2 children healthy alone, maybe company's like this one should do a little soul searching and found out what happened to this family because its amazing that these people can sleep at night knowing they just dragged a deceased woman's name threw the mud!!! Shame on them. Stay away from this company!!!
