I found a 2002 Acura TL on Craigslist for $1900. The seller CPL Maria Hixon said she wanted to sell her car because her unit is being sent back to Afghanistan and she doesnt want it to sit in her garage while she is gone. After exchanging several emails with this person I told her I had the money she said she is working with Yahoo! Finance and that they will recieve the monwy and hold it for 5 days until I confirm i had recieved the car and accept the car. If i for some reason isnt sattisfied with my purchase she will be responsible for having the car shipped back to her. I recieved an Email from Yahoo! finance explaining the Buyer Protection Program and as soon as I wire the $1900 dollars to an Escrow Agent in houston my car would be shipped and I should recieve it in 3 calender days.

i too was contacted by maria hixon. she was selling a 2003 volkswagen jetta for $1850. her story was exactly the same as the previous complaint. we only exchanged a couple emails before i decided to look into it further. now i know for a fact, if it sounds too good to be true, it's not!!!
