Marifel Trias real estate, liar, phony and two faced, lazy Temecula California

I have been busy with taking care of my elderly mother and normal life stresses. I mean to to get this posted sooner in the hopes of saving other home buyers from being lied to and mistreated by this horrid excuse of a realtor. Now I understand why people compare realtors to lawyers, used car sales people with contempt due to their deceit and disingenuous actions. They are all 1 set of filth that pray on decent people. Marifel pretended to have our interest at heart. She lied repeatedly and promised things she never delivered on up to and including when we closed she said here is a 50 gift card to Home Depot- she said o this is just a little something the best is yet to come I will stop by the new house and deliever it. I have a special something being made for you. 2 months after close and it never came and she stopped responding to text and email.

 She made us do all the running to the Escrow Company and to get the documents signed. The escrow company and the lender she suggested were much like her- ill equipped and shady. Loan docs due to repeated mistakes had to be resigned 3 times in their entirety. Just a word of warning- Marifel will lie to you in order to get to closing and after that you mean NOTHING to her.

Consider yourself warned if you see her RUN do not walk away. The worst experience I have ever had in my life and I am 43 and have closed on 6 homes in my life.
