Marilyn Peterson stole my househole belongings Gulfport Mississippi

My landlord was selling the land I lived on. I didn't want the hole 16 acres. Marilyn was to buy 14 arces I only wanted 2. She took it all. ( She didn't buy the doublewide I was renting.) So I looked for another place to buy. Had one pending at the time of the hurricane. Buy Katrina got it. Marilyn came by after the hurricane, she got mad because I only lost some of my outdoor furniture. Every time she came by she cussed me. I had another place pending. Showed her my papers but wouldn't tell her my new address. The papers showed her my closing date was April 25th. She gave me till May 15 th to move of her land.

On April 17th she took me to court. The judge gave my till the 19th by 5:00pm. We left the court arount noon. Not even 72 hrs. Took all day to find a storage place to put my stuff. I'm on SSDI, Got hurt real bad in a car accident. Don't have all the use of my right arm. I got all the boxes I could move out. I did have some help, a 75 year old man. another one who had a stroke. another who had heart troubles. So we could only move light stuff. Her and her friend Kim watched us all day. They sat in the yard all day. Then she pulled another one on me. Thee was another doublewide on the land, the company who repoed it tried for months to get her to let them remove it. They told me she called and told them to come get it on the 18th. So far hrs I couldn't get down the driveway.

So On the 19th I had to be off the land. That night she went in the trailer and started taking my furniture. She took my bedroom suit first.( She didn't owned the trailer,) My food, My jewery box. The next day I went back to the police station. They called her, They told me she said I couldn't come on the land, but if I had other help it be ok to get more of my things. She was there when they loaded up the first load. But when they returned to get the second load she called the police. Told they they were stealing her things, Then tried to get they to tell her where my storage shed were at. Told the police that the stuff in there was hers.

Thank God they wouldn't tell them. My husabnd's ashes are in one of them. Why would she want them? I beged her to let me have my things she told me she was having fun throwing it away. I hired Legal Aid to help me. They took $550.00 and did nothing at all to help me. So she got away with stealing my 3 bedroom sets, my living room furniture that my husband bought me a month before he knew he was dieing. My dinning room furniture, my 3 computer desk, My pool table, bathroom stuff. and more stuff I didn't have time to pack, things my great-grand parents, grand parents and my mother gave be before they died.

The pain is so bad I cry every day.Its hare to get over it. I wonder why she wants my things? She looked up on my computer bonds she kept from her e-husband $ 80.000. She workes for the post office in Gulfport, Works there going on 14 years. So she has money. I have SSDI , I can't replace my stuff. Her meanest has got me. Oh she had 4 of my cats and won't let me have them. I had them for about 4 years. Thats hurts alot too.

I can't understand why she was able to go into a place she didn't owned , take my things and get away with stealing it all. Is that legally stealing? How do I get over this?
