Mario Reinoso is a Thief!  Mario, who sometimes hides under the name of Stone Works of America, represents himself as an installer of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry as well as counter tops. He'll come across as a nice guy when bidding the project, similar to what a con man would do.  This is where his scam begins.  He will provide you quotes and layouts for your project but the minute he gets his hands on your deposit, he will start to provide you with excuses and then go into hiding.

This is exactly what he did to us.  We wired Mario Reinoso a $6,500 deposit directly into his personal checking account to provide and install cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms as well granite counter tops for both the kitchen and bathroom areas.  Once he had our $6,500 deposit, which he confirmed in a text that he did receive it, the excuses began.  He began by saying it will be taken care of next week, then he would provide various other excuses as to why the cabinets are not at the house yet, then he would guarantee us that it would completed by the following weekend.  After a couple of weeks of this, we took it upon ourselves to track down the manufacturer where he was supposed to have bought the cabinets.  We found out that he had called in the order for the cabinets but never paid for them.  That's what we paid him the $6,500 deposit for, but instead of paying for the cabinets, Mario put the money into his pockets and went into hiding.  He had already begun ignoring us and would not respond to any attempts we had made to communicate with him. We tried him numerous times by phone, text and email and he simply would not respond back to us.  At this point, we knew he had taken our money and ran. 

If you come across a guy named Mario Reinoso in the Tampa Bay or Plant City areas, or anywhere else that he may be hiding, and claims that he can provide you with installation services for cabinetry and granite, stay away from him.  As mentioned above, he will try to gain your confidence and get your money.  Once he has gotten your money, he will run away with it and go into hiding.  That is exactly what he did to us.  Mario Reinoso is a Thief!
