My father had an open asbestos case prior to his death in 2008; as a merchant seamen dad worked over 50 years a combustion Engineering chief.  He retired, became sick as a result of his job.  Eventually he pass away And I stumbled over this open case and followed up on it.  After doing the necessary paper work; proving my sister, brother and myself were in fact his legal biological children, the case continued.  Up to now we collected under $ one hundred dollars.  The lawyer has not sent any proof of funds that was distributed; only a $33.00 check.  Please look into this matter, because I truely know we are being ripped off for a tremendis amount of money.  It's not right please help me.
