Perhaps the biggest Scam on Atariage comes from Mark Ball AKA GroovyBee. He collected money for the game Rocketeer and Mars Mini two different that were meant to be played on Intellivision game console. Initially he promised the game would be delivered by March 2013, and hence the reason for having people prepay for the game. As March approached, there were questions regarding the status of the games. He then tells everyone that the games will be delayed until May 2013. To date, no real updates on the status of either game has been given other than to quote Grovybee (Mark Ball) himself "No updates to report". Conservative figures have Mark Ball collecting over $12,000 for games he never delivered. With all the turmoil surrounding his vaporware (Rocketeer and Mars Mini) he has the audacity to announce the release of other project and games. Buyers beware of this scam artist.
