Mark Caro Property Management LLC is one of the largest property management companies in Flagstaff, AZ. As a homeowner in one of their "managed" communities, none of the property "managers", and I use the term loosely, bother to actually manage the neighborhoods.

Complaints are rarely addressed, telephone calls are never returned, and the property manager's presence is rarely witnessed within the community. Ongoing violations are not addressed, safety issues are not addressed, and the community, frankly, looks unkept. In the rare case improvements are made, they are done quite substandardly, not to code, and end up costing the homeowners more so the problems can be fixed, as witnessed in the ongoing and failed attempts to raise homeowners association fees.
