This Attorney accepted a $1000.00 ret. to handle my mother's estate after she passed away. After a month I had not heard from him. He did not return my phone calls,multiple e-mails or registered letter. He is still around because he posted a blog on LawGuru.com on 3-4-06. So my only conclusion is he stole my money.
I have contacted him by registered letter and he still has not even bothered to call me. I have initiated a paypal investigation for non- service. No response from him ...
Be very careful - do not give this man any money - Shame on him , stealing from someone who does not have it to lose and who just lost their mother...

I just found out about this complaint on the website today January 20, 2009 or I would have posted sooner. Holly has received a full refund. I have been in business for five and one half years and receive about 1 complaint a year. I have always promptly refunded any disputed money. I have never been disciplined by the Pennsylvania arttorney's board of discipline. My report can be located at
