Mark Erjavec, Meseba Finance, Night Heron Group Mortgage fraud, Con man, BEWARE Edina Minnesota

Mark Erjavic contacted me through an ad I had on Craigslist. I was selling or looking at trading my ALFA motorhome approx value $175,000. Mark Erjavic contacted me, he informed me he was a partner in several companies invloved with real estate, Gemini Equity Group,LLC, Meseba Finace and Blue Ridge Group, LLC and said he would be interested in trading possible property or mortgage note for my motorhome. After acouple of weeks and looking at several possible trades we agreed I would trade the motorhome for a 56% portion of a mortgage on a property in Lakeville, MN. I handed over the registration for my motorhome for a approx value of $160,000 with the understanding that when the property sells I would receive my 56% portion of the proceeds of the sale with approx value of $225,000. I had all the documents and everything looked legitimate. The following few weeks I tried to record the loan paperwork and was told by the county I needed the original documents. Mr erjavic informed me there was a title issue that was being addresss and he would advise me, acouple of months went by and nothing. I finally contacted an attorney to file the paperwork for me and after a little research found that the property had been sold. Apparently the property was moved around between several companies constituting mortgage fraud. Mr. Erjavic open a company with the state with the same name as I had held the motorhome in so he could sell the motorhome for approx $70,000+ so he could pocket the money. This is awarning to anyone that comes across this con man STAY WELL AWAY.
