Mark Freatman hired me to do a notary 7/9/10, for which I've not been paid.  Numerous calls, emails, to no avail.  Today, 9/23/10, I emailed him from another email account and asked him if he performed closings in the Austin area.  He promptly replied and said he did.  So the worst thing is that he's still performing services and cheating people out of their money.

I too will file a claim with the attorney general's office.
