On February 8th of this year I filled out an order form on mgcpuzzles.com for a custom made puzzle. The form had the option of making the shipping a rush order and I selected it in an attempt to get it before the next weekend. The full amount turned out to be $270 which I paid for with my debit card. A few days later the payment went through. I still haven't received the puzzle. I used the information email form on his site to ask if there was a problem and never got a response. I called the number on his website about two weeks ago and he said he had been sick but would get right to mine. Still nothing. Called him yeasterday and it went straight to email. Tried again today and went straight to email. Sent him an email via his form again today and haven't received anything back.

What is sad is that it took doing this to finally get a response from Mark. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever had for anything in my life...and I've been around awhile.
Yes, I received it (almost a month after I was told I was going to get it) and it is a nice puzzle...but I would sure never use this company again. All I needed was a response. Anything.

This customer received their product the day after this report was filed, and it was shipped the day BEFORE this report was filed. They have in their possession what was ordered, plus 40% more. I hand made them an even better more detailed and better puzzle than what they ordered because I had some delays in getting it out.
I love how they were happy to file this report, but then after getting the product, in an even more expensive version than what they paid for, they made ZERO effort to come back here to follow up that they did receive what was ordered, or that they received an even better item than what they ordered. Nice!
