On March 24, 2009 I bought a knife from Mark Greenleaf through Gunbroker.com. Mark has offered many excuses telling me why he has not been able to refund my money or ship my product in the past ten months.

Mark -
I hope I can assist these posters in taking you down you POS. Go ahead, I dare you - call me a liar.
To the original poster:
Contact the State Attorney for Florida re: opening a criminal case against Mark Greenleaf like I have done. They are aware of this POS.
In reference to case #2009-11495.
I received your packet and I recently spoke with Mark on the phone regarding the situation with your knives and money. He is currently in Maryland. He forwarded me a statement trying to explain his actions. The case will go to the State Attorney for review next week.

I need a sworn statement detailing how you first knew of Mark and his online business. The fact that you sent him a check for knives that you didn't receive and your attempts to get your money back. I include where you sent the funds and the name of his business. Also include that others have been taken the same way.

Hello Knives of America,
Bran Aldridge has sent you the following message:
Status request for order #529768769528505:
Once again I am requesting information on my order. You told me it would ship in 3-5 days. Allowing for that time and a long five days for shipping, I should have my order by now. Where is it? I will give you 24 hours to contact me before I launch a fraud complaint with Gunbroker.com. If you were mistaken and the item was not in stock just let me know. You have my money and I can't even get a reply from you. That is a very poor way to do business.

I have 32 email between the two of us...and you say I am making this up. You are a LIAR and a FRAUD. Am I ever going to get a refund or my knife? I doubt it.hey slight problem just got home and the vendor shiped your knife to me they were to send it to you they screwed up i will send it back out to you tomorrow sorry about that
thanks markIf I am lying why did you send me this email telling me that there was an error in shipping? You are a FRAUD. I see on the Orlando Sentinel website that you are having legal problems because of people suing you. If my $378.25 was worth it I would sue you as well, but it would cost me more than you are worth to do that. So I will continue to malign your pitiful reputation.
What about this where you acknowledge the Gunbroker transaction:
thanks mark
thanks, mark
