Geisse, Sue West, Noel Bustamante, Lori Lee, John Dwyer, Steve Schoonmaker Abused workers at the 2270 Lakeside Blvd location in Richardson, TX.. Forced Employees to lie to customers, pushed aggressive sales tactics that included forcing employees to lie to customes, scam customers, cram services onto customer bills and what happens? Because Mark Helm was having an affair with Kimberly Wolfram, AT&T's Vendor Manager he was promoted even though he was the HEAD RINGLEADER in AT&T's FRAUD and BRIBERY! Don't do business with AT&T! Mark Helm was promoted to I.T. in the Dallas, Fort Worth area for all of his EVIL DEEDS! Those Employees who SPOKE UP were PUNISHED and QUICKLY FIRED. This is the NEW AMERICA! The WICKED is EXALTED! I worked at AT&T located at 2270 Lakeside Blvd in Richardson, TX and what I saw going on in there would make anyone cringe. Managers in relationships with employees that resulted in unfair promotions, managers forcing workers to LIE to customers and CRAM services onto unkowing customer accounts and PUNISHING those employees who refused to go along with this unethical activity. AT&T doesn't care at ALL about its customers OR their employees! AT&T is shipping jobs OVERSEAS and Bringing over OVERSEAS I.T. Personnel because they are too d**n cheap to hire Americans other than the desperate Americans such as Mark Helm of Dallas, Fort Worth who are willing to CHEAT ON THEIR SPOUSES to get ahead at AT&T. 

AT&T is the most EVIL company out there. Stay away from UVERSE. Stay away from AT&T. Don't get bought off by all of that fancy marketing. AT&T was so d**n greedy they would have their sales agents OVERSELL Uverse to people they knew were too far away to get good service and would inform employees to not tell these customers who had continual problems with their uverse that they simply were too far away from the main switch for their services to even be operable. We had to string these customers along, sometimes for years who would pay their bills faithfully while their internet was freezing and their cable pixilating and constantly going down.

AT&T is an EVIL company run by EVIL people. Mark Helm is only one of them. When work became slow AT&T pushed managers to LIE on good hardworking employees to get out of paying UI insurance and they were so greedy they fired so many people in such a little amount of time the unemployment office PAID THE CLAIMS ANYWAY because they KNEW IT WAS A LAYOFF!
