Mark Klein - Stewart Plumbing And Steve Jone Plumber RIP OFF ARTIST Hastings Nebraska

I hired Stewart plumbing to pressure test a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom in a 4- plex apartment plumbing for possible water leaks since this is a new purchase for us and the previous owners did not winterize .
Prior to us purchasing the 4-plex the previous owners had RUTT plumbing install BRAND NEW Aqua pex piping in the two 1 bedroom apts in a rough out stage(no water was supplied).

Instead of pressure testing the 2 and 3 bedroom apts. for leaks Steve Jones took it upon himself to yank out the new plumbing in the two 1 br apts. He went as far as tearing off 4'x8 shets of sheetrock and cut 2'x3' holes in other sheetrock to gain acess to the new plumbing.

When I showed up a week later to see how the pressure test was going is when we found all of the damage and found ALL of the NEW plumbing hidden in a closet in a different part of the 4-plex.

I DID call Stewart plumbing and finally got hold of the plumber STEVE JONES all he would say "IF IT WAS MINE" (refering to the 4-plex) "I would yank it all out and start over with a NEW PIPING"...I told him it is not his 4-plex to make that decession...ALL he would say is the same thing over and over AGAIN.

Now this took place in OCTOBER 2006...I finally reached the owner in FEB.2007( I did have the 2 & 3 br apts pressure tested and those leaks fixed at a cost of $1350.50 by Don Svoboda plumbing )after several calls to Mark KLein he said "SO WHAT".

I turned the case over to the Better Business Bureau case # 300022625 Mark Klein of Stewart plumbing has even refused to speak to the BBB. Oh...by the way there are 3 other unanswered reports in 2007 besides mine.

I filed a case in small claims in Hastings, Ne. BUT.. 2 days b-4 the trail the city attorney Bob Sullivan aka. Robert Sullivan moved the case to REGULAR Court. Went to regular court with out an attorney(can not afford one) and the Judge dissmis the case with out prejudice(allowing me 30 days to find an attorney and re-file my case.

The ONLY reason I am filling this REPORT is to ALLOW others see how much of a RIP OFF ARTIST Stewart plumbings Mark Klein and Steve Jones are.

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING...you WILL get RIPED OFF.
