He is affiliated with DLB flooring source at 3118 Corrine Drive Orlando FL. owned by the The con man Daniel lee batterbee. They are notorious for baiting and switching people on material. Thats just their way of keeping installation prices down. Another is not even sending an installer and just keeping your money. They use free advertisement ads on craigslist to bait people. Just Google dlb flooring or Daniel lee batterbee for tons of bad reviews like these.

All I can say about Mark is that he helped my company install carpet once, did a fast and fair job for the money.  I referred him to do a tile job, that didn't turn out well, but I do know that he is an excellent wood and laminate flooring installer.  Whatever happened here, I wouldn't allow one person's bad experience to curry favor against using Mark's service as a wood and laminate installer.  We all make mistakes in life.

I HAVE WORKED WITH MARK LANGLOIS SINCE OPENING MY OWN FLOORING RETAIL SHOP IN 1998. HAS INSTALLED BOTH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL FLOORING
AND I NEVER HAD ANY TYPE OF COMPLAINT. REGISTERED AS A FLORIDA CORPORATION
AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS WELL I NEVER HAD ANY COMPLAINTS.

ADDITIONALLY, RECENTLY HE INSTALLED 800 SQUARE FEET OF HARDWOOD FLOORING IN MY PERSONAL RESIDENCE, I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED. HE EVEN DUSTED AND REPLACED ALL FURNISHINGS.

I HAVE GONE THROUGH EVERY FLOOR ESTIMATE IN MY COMPUTER DOCUMENTS AND I HAVE YET TO FIND A KATIE IN ORLANDO FL. THAT IS UNHAPPY WITH MY WORKMANSHIP, AND NEVER ONCE CALLED ME TO HAVE ME COME OVER AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE SITUATION AND DISCUSS OUR OPTIONS FOR THE REPAIR. i HAVE SEVERAL REFERENCES AVAILABLE. WE ARE LICENSED, INSURED, AND PROFESSIONALLY CERTIFIED THROUGH SOME OF THE LARGEST MANUFACTURES IN THE COUNTRY. ALSO WE HAVE BEEN A 5 STAR RATED COMPANY AT HOME IMPROVEMENT INTERNET COMPANIES 3 YEARS IN A ROW. THERE IS A REPAIR FOR EVERY PROBLEM, PLEASE CALL ME AND GIVE ME THE OPTION TO REPAIR OR REPLACE IT.
