Mark Palestine from Uranium Aquisition Corp  is a deceptive and dishonest Landlord.  He leased out a home to me with a history of water leaks, water instrusion and mold.  He did not disclose the issues and problems of the house knowing full well that he did not hire a contractor to fix the foundation leak and water pipe leak.  He instead covered the foundation leak by installing hard wood floors in the master bedroom  that later developed water stains.  When presented with the problem, he pretends to address it and promises to send a contractor whenin fact he hires a handyman from Craigslist that barely spoke english.  He later outright told me that he will not fix the water instrusion issues, and later blames me for the damage.

I moved out of the home and had the home throughly cleaned, but his deceptive nature prevailed and accused me of leaving the home in filthy condition, which is again a lie.  I have the checks to the cleaning lady as evidence as well as I took photos of the home before the vacated and the home was in pristine condition. He also deliberaltey withheld the security deposit knowing that I would have to hire an attorney, and used this tactic to get me to settle for less than what I owed. or hire  an attorney- He kept over 2000 of our money for no reason  what so ever.

Be forewarned if you are going to lease/rent from this individual.  He is extremely dishonest and deceptive and again a habitual liar.
