Mark Sugarman Annuity appointment setter rip-off Torrance California

I gave Mark Sugarman of Hot Annuity Solutions $3500 for 50 appointments.  I went on two appointments with people that never heard of him or anybody. I complained about his bogus appointments and he told me to f-ck off. I called the FBI, States Attorney and Torrance Police Department for months.  No one seemed to care or want to help me. I successfully tracked him down to the address in this report and called him several times.

Each time I called he threatened me and just told me to f-ck off and that he stole my money and there was nothing I could do about it. He kept on telling me how he does this to people every week and the police, FBI or other government agencies cant touch him. Its so unfortunate to know that he stole $3500 from me and apparently many other people in many states....and the FBI internet Fraud division or the Rorrence Police cant seem to do anything and apparently dont care.
