After I took the time to read and analyze the hard facts against you on www.plaswall.us and the various SCAM WARNINGS on LinkedIn Forums, I must say that many of YOUR FALSE ACCUSATIONS on LinkedIn and many other internet web sites against Mr. Schurmann do not make any sense to me.

As a professional in the construction industry all I see is a dog fight and "who shot John" scenarios, but you fail to provide any hard evidence or pay Mr. Schurmann the $450,000 commission you owe him. WHY?I do not appreciate how you use a professional LinkedIn site for your unprofessional gossip and personal attacks against Mr. Schurmann. Fact is that Mr. Schurmann paid you money for a Plaswall franchise, right? 

So if you took Mr. Schurmann's money, which you did, how is it possible that he "scammed you"???How do you explain that?

LinkedIn is not to be used as a weapon against anyone or an outlet to hang your dirty laundry! Mr. Schurmann's responses and presentations of HARD FACTS and written evidence even from his Patent Lawyer sound appropriate considering you owe him at least $450,000 in commissions and you sold him a Plaswall master franchise for USA for $1,500,000, which has NO PATENT RIGHTS! How do you explain that?

In your accusations against Mr. Schurmann, you have presented a lot of gossip and hot air, but you fail to deliver any hard facts accept further self created Internet gossip form yourself and your associate Richard Waters. How do you explain that?I have heard about your Plaswall product in the third world but I was concerned about the statements Mr. Schurmann raised about his franchise experiences with you in the US. I do not know who is telling the truth, but I can clearly see that you have NO patent rights for Plaswall in USA and you owe Mr. Schurmann $450,000 in commissions. How do you explain that?

Has Mr. Schurmann been your exclusive master franchise for Plaswall USA from October 2010 until July 2011?

Have you sold to Mr. Schurmann a non-patentable Plaswall franchise for USA for $1,500,000?Can you show us your patent rights in USA for the Plaswall system? According to the letter of Mr. Schurmanns Patent Lawyer, dated November 16, 2011 you have no USA patent protection whatsoever! After speaking with Mr. Don Ersler, Patent Attorney it has been verified that the lawyer letter is 100% correct. Where is your evidence for the Plaswall patent rights in USA?

You are posting all across the Internet that Mr. Schurmann is a "con man and scam artist". Can you give me some real names and addresses of victims with those who had paid Mr. Schurmann and his company PowerConcrete Inc. monies so I can follow up?

Have you or any of your team mebers created the web site stephanschurmann.com to destroy Mr. Schurmanns reputation and credibility? I do not know you but it does not seem professional. I do not understand why Plaswall would do this, but please clarify?

Did you accept the money for this transaction from the Nigerian clients?

Did you sign a commission agreement dated December 10, 2010 with Mr. Schurmann, stating that you owe Mr. Schurmann $500,000 for bringing this transaction to your table?

I just have the Nigerians here at the moment in Manila, they are doing well and have full order book , the old franchise we have cancelled legally so all that is done, I also gave them a discount amounting to $1,000,000 USD off the deal ($450k that would have gone to schurmann, he got $50K and $500k from me) I donated this from Schurmann and me as gesture of good faith and to help them with building homes for the poor in Africa, so Schurmann has done something to help people, I am sure he will be proud.Regards, Mark 

Have you and Richard Waters engaged in contacting more than 500 of Mr. Schurmanns business associates, team members, his land lord, the fire marshal department etc. etc. to discredit him?

Have you provided any hard evidence and/or facts to all these 500 business connections of Mr. Schurmann that what you say is actually true? Or are you rather running a SMEAR CAMPAIGN against Mr. Schurmann, because he is posting the TRUTH about you and your company online?
