I lived in Club Cancun chalder, AZ 85226 one of the Mark Taylor's property. I lived there for 2 years from Jan 29 2013 to Jan 29 2015. During the move in I have submited the move-sheet and along with the move in sheet I have attached extra document explaining the damages they had prior to move in. I also went to the front office in club cancun and asked the representative, how do they charge during move out, the lady there clearly mentioned that they dont charge unles you completly trash the appartment or do something really bad. Me and my family still went ahead and cleaned the appartment. I did not clean dishwasher because I stopped using the dishwasher in that appartment because the way the dishwasher pipe is setup, the dirty water from the sink flows back to the dishwasher which makes the entire appartment stinks and dishwasher dirty. I had reported this to the property and the maintenance guy had come but the problem still arise few months later, so I didnt bother calling the maintenance rather just run empty dishwasher to make it clean.

A month later, after move out date, I get a call and bill from Mark Taylor for cleaning fee - 110.00, Repairs - 573.12, Utilities - 22.08 Total - 705.18.

I paid my utility bill at the office in person, before the move out date and they send me a move out bill and add the utility bill on it. After receiving the bill in email I had replied them and I have not received all the responses from them.

Note: They emailed me a picture of dishwasher being dirty due to bad setup that they have where sink dirty water flows back to dishwasher. I wish I had a way to upload pictures here. They didnt email me entire move-in sheet where I have clearly mentioned about carpet stains, holes in the door.

Dish washer has always been in that condition since I moved in. If you check my maintenance history I have called about two times in regards to it. According to the old maintenance, staff he said the kitched sink pipe is lower so, the dirty water from the sink flows back to dishwasher. This has nothing to do with me living there it has to do with the way kitchen sink pipe is setup.

Even after the 2nd visit of maintenance staff, I was still facing the same issue.

And regarding the move-in sheet, I am missing one extra sheet where I have mentioned regarding the carpets.

Since that last email I have not heard back from Mark Taylor. Hence I am not willing to pay that amount for something that I am not responsible for.


Desired Settlement:
I would kindly like to request Mark Taylor to remove it from collection agency. It doesnt seem good to ripoff consumers like that.
