I was contacted Thu, Jan 05, 2012 by Charlene Hempstead for Market Force. I was asked to do a theater service which was 30 miles away and that it paid $20 instead of the usual $12. I told her I never did a service before which she assured me that all I have to do is print out a packet and take with me & fill it out and that it had to be done by Saturday & the report had to be fax in. I faxed in the report after that Saturday service. I thought since I didn't hear back that all was good until Stephanie Birch contacted me on Thursday, Jan 12th about they were unable to see the pictures I uploaded and if I didn't get it to them by the end of the day I wouldn't be paid. I rescan the report into a PDF and mailed them to a Stephanie Birch. Then I was told I was missing a assignment page that wasn't included in the packet which they said was a separate download, which Charlene Hempstead stated everything was in the download packet that I download when I took the assignment so I was unaware of the other assignment page.

 So now trying to explain to them they said it was in the instructions and its my fault that it wasn't included which I disagree since Charlene said all I needed was the packet that was connected to my log in for assignment. So now they say I'm not getting paid. I think that unfair. I have been doing services for many companies over the last 6 years and have never had a rude company like this one on getting a service completed and get paid.
