Market Force They won't pay for valid shops Louisville Colorado
*UPDATE Employee: The Real Facts
Market Force has a nasty habit of refusing to pay for shops. They have told me that I don't get paid if they don't get paid. Really? They are submitting the report and keeping the money.
They ask us to report what happens on shops but if it's not exactly what the customer likes, they question you over and over and over and then deny your report and don't pay you. And, then they ban you from doing shops for that client ever again.
They are extremely unprofessional. I would stay away from them.

The Real Facts

Ruth Stuckey is not an approved Mystery Shopper for Market Force so she does not have firsthand information about her charges. Her comments can best be described as hearsay and as such it is difficult to request that she provide actual facts to back up her comments.
What is Ms. Stuckey's proof that Market Force submits invalidated reports to their Clients for payment? If this is a supposition of hers, she is absolutely wrong. Clients will not accept any reports that do not follow their guidelines to the letter. If we have no report to submit, we do not get paid, nor does the Shopper.
Ms. Stuckey is also incorrect in stating that if our Clients do not like what the Shopper reports, they will reject the report. National companies trying to improve their goods and services would not spend money on mystery shopping if they were not seeking the truth.
The data collected in reports does not have to be 'exactly what the customer likes', but the data collected must be exactly in accordance with the Client's guidelines because comparisons and analyses of the data cannot be made unless the data collected is the same.
Market Force prides itself on its professionalism and its fairness. We will go to all efforts to request a reconsideration of a Shopper's invalidated report once the Shopper presents us with the facts showing that they did indeed follow all the guidelines. It is in our interest as well to get those shops validated so that we too can be paid for our efforts. Once a shop has to be invalidated, we have to immediately put the location out for reassignment and we end up putting in double the time and manpower on that one shop.
