Was a member of Zoom for years. Attempted to redeem some points and it did not accept my password. Did receive a reply with my password. Tried again to find my account was deactivated. I know they can do this if you have not been ACTIVE but I had my last survey this month. Also referred someone within the 3 month period too.

Never had a problem with them before so was surprised when I did not receive any response from my emails inquiring what was going on. Phone calls were useless since you do not get a live person. 24/7 tech service was useless since they did not respond to my emails. Not sure if I was booted out because I finally manage to build up points ? Or was this a way to screw me out of my points . Would love a answer.

MarketTools called me and emailed. They have corrected the problem and reactivated my account.  Person who called was very polite and ensure me any problems to contact them again via email.
