I signed up with market traders and Jahred Martinez promised a no slippage policy but this was not so during several trades I lost more than my stops I called them on two occassions on one occasion I got my money back on another they gave back half of what I lost it happened two other times and they told me Jahred did not have the authority to make such promises so they will not do anything.

I am disgruntled because their charts does not seem to match others if your running three live charts their prices will vary, also no matter which of their system one uses you always seem to loose money.

I lost a lot of money paying for this education and trading so I wrote a email requesting my education fee back which Mr Jahred promises and have made several calls and have not received such yet however I will keep you guys uptodate it he honors is word by giving back my tuition fee

They claim that their charting will "simplify things" nothing could be further from the truth

The charting that MTI  offers is supposed to make trading easier. I found it more confusing than anything and once they get your money, they forget about you.

I signed up and was supposed to have my account rep call me the next day at 6:30pm. I made special plans to be home in time for the call. I waited. And waited and waited. He never called. So much for appreciating my business!

The next day I called and was routed around to several employees. Finally I was told that my rep was not available but this person would leave a message for him at his desk. I asked how he knew he wasn't available and he said, because he sits right in front of me. I was led to believe that these people call from glass offices. Now the impression I get is a call center with people sweating  sitting elbow to elbow from another.  Not the professional atmosphere I was expecting.

And another thing, when I call, why can't I just call my rep directly? Why do I have to get person after person to tlak to?  You would think for as much as this company charges they could at least afford direct voice mail.

To end the story it was at least 2 weeks before my rep got back to me. Some service.

Finally, I found that their charting service is way overpriced and a similiar products sells for around $55. MTI sells theirs for over $200/month.

My advice is to stay away from MTI. Not very professional and they act they could care less about customers.
