Wow, this company is a scam. Luckily, I researched these conartists before going on a second interview. During the first interview these criminals took a whole of 2 minutes looking over my credentials and asked me some questions about my experience. It seems legitimate to the untrained eye. But if you notice they don't even ask for employer contact info or even much of anything on their application. All legitimate companies I've worked for want to know this. They don't even ask questions that would normally be considered relavent like are you a U.S. Citizen. They tell you that they will call you with a second interview time if you are selected.

Micheal Sessions is basically a total piece of crap that couldn't hack a real corporate (or even retail) job, something he admits openly on his website at www.marketingsessions.com, make sure to send him plenty of e-mail, viruses are a most appropriate gift. He may not be fit for a corporate cubicle, but Joliet Federal Prison has a cubicle with iron bars just his size. So between now and inevitability, he's taken up a pathetic and miserable life of scamming new college grads into working for him as 'independent contractors' which means that there are no standard pay obligations and the 'victim' takes responsibility for his own actions which is a good thing for Mr. Sessions since what his organization does is totally illegal.

In a nutshell if you are swindled into this job, don't expect to be paid, expect to work insanely long hours, expect to be belittled and embarrassed, expect to attend scheduled 'cult' meetings and expect these motherf^ckers to try their hardest to ruin your life.

Remember that barging into businesses uninvited to swindle them on phone service is not only highly unethical, dishonorable and amoral it's also illegal without a legitimate solicitation license. Since you are an independant contractor you can get fined or even go to jail with little or no remifications for the company (that's why M.S. is still in business). Micheal Sessions will most likely be playing golf while you get raped up the a*s (though working for this company you should probably be used to how that feels). Marketing Sessions is just another scam brought to you by Cydcor and SBC. Their goal is to switch AT&T customers to SBC (if you have SBC you should cancel it, AT&T is ultimately cheaper and provides better service...remember the reason your cancelling is Micheal Sessions and his unethical business practices, this shouldn't shock SBC since there company is mostly unethical bastards, I cancelled SBC and it was one of the best decisions I ever made)

Don't let this Satanic piece of sh^t slide. If you are a victim of Mr. Sessions contact the local FBI field office at chicago.fbi.gov (I guarantee you several agents are already very interested in Marketing Sessions) and remember to file your complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov. The FTC can help you. Remember that true evil doesn't happen because of the actions of evil men but because of the indifference of good men. Be an American hero, help put Micheal Sessions behind bars. He will most likely try to close up shop and skip town like the coward he is but don't worry...

Hi Todd I have just gone through this experience and I would like to report the company to the FTC how do I go about it? I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I just did with this company. It has hurt me financially and wasted my time.
