Has anyone else listened to the crap b.s, that price, cordy, Greg Warren and Cedanio Bacon produced for the MArketUS website  Price is a pathological liar, name dropper and down right con artist  Price, Greg W and Mark Cordy have all falsely claimed they are working with/for the FL AG office

Their only connection w/ the FL AG is that they are trying to manipulate the FL AG office via false statements re: competitors for the sole purpose of getting a competitive edge.  WHY?  beacsue not one of them has the brains or ethics to bring in their own real clients.

Their game is to trash competitors, advise client to chargeback and then go forward with their scam operation. Sewer rats are higher up on the totem pole than these 4  If MArketUS calls you   Hang up the phone save yourself and your wallet  

I tried to take the high road here and all I see is a guy who updates his original invalid complaint.

Here is the real story:

In July 2008 I hired Deana Trone from one of the scam companies all over this site.  Not knowing just how deep this went, she did a fine job for me, for a while.  Because of her lack of ethics, she almost put me out of business, sorry Stu, you failed at that.

The original posted here is Stu Kushner in DC.  I have never spoken with Stu and do not know him.  I review his orders and allowed them to go through.

Based on his claim of being ripped off, both American Express and his bank, agreed that he did not have a valid claim.

In a previous rebuttal to Stu on this site, I offered to provide compensation to all affected at no charge.  To date, nobody has responded, until Stu decided to update his bogus report over 4 years later.

An interesting note is that he states 'In April of this year...' as in 2013?  Nice try, it was 2009, 4 years ago.

Now the true story has been told.

My name is Michael Price and the owner of MarketUS, LLC. This complaint has been brought to my attention and I would like to provide a rebuttal. The people mentioned in this report were independent contractors that I used for a short time.

I had been in business for 23 years with no complaints and when I started using these contractors, I started getting complaints.  Upon investigating the complaints I determined the contactors were not subscribing to our policies and procedures, and they were terminated.

I then followed up with any complaints and worked to resolve them.  If there are any outstanding complaints I will honor the original agreement and work at no additional fees to help them prepare and submit their GSA application for approval.

As you can see this issue occurred years ago and I am confident virtually all issues are resolved.  I am both a Veteran and proud of my reputation as a business owner.

My first client was Michael Dell and I continue to help companies submit their paperwork and negotiate with the GSA officers for their approval for a GSA contract.  If you have any questions, please call me directly.

I have waited too long to do this.  We hire independent contractors to work in our sales department. As any good business owner will attest, when you have a contractor go bad, you terminate their contract.  When you have a contractor go rogue, you file charges.  This is what I have done.

I am not going to pick at the details of the complaint, I am resolving it here and now.  If you are one of the complainants, I will make you whole.
