MarksEnterprises.com Ordered free DVD, Got charged $47.90 twice instead; had to cancel debit card! Torrence Internet California

I ordered a free DVD from MarksEnterprises for $7.95 shipping and handling. I received two DVDs. I also received an email notice that I would be charged $47.90 for some membership that I did not sign up for. I called and was told that all would be righted. I was to receive a cancellation notice by email in 48 hours. I received nothing.

The next day I received another email that I was being charged another $47.90. I called and was told the same thing. I never received any email. I had to go to my bank and file internet fraud and tried to stop them, but my card was cancelled too late. I had $95.80 taken out in one week. My bank will try all they can, but cannot promise anything.

I filed a internet fraud report with the FBI. I hope that something can be done to stop this Nick Marks from all his ripoff schemes!
