Marlin Leasing Marlin Business Services Refused to pick up equipment after end of lease, continued to bill, and stole money from our checking account. Mount Laurel, New Jersey

We sent a certified letter to Marlin Leasing months before the end of our lease letting them know that we did not want to extend our lease and asking them to pick up their equipment. They refused to pick up equipment or tell us where to send it and continued to bill us.

Our phone calls and letters to the company have gone unanswered.

Now they have illegally stolen $495 from our checking account for the lease on the equipment they abandoned. We never paid electronically, always with a check, which means they copied our check and used the information from the bottom to steal money from our account. Stay away from this company!
