In Jan. 2004, I purchased a bedroom set for my children (bunk beds, Two 5 drawer chest and one entertainment center w/3 drawers)and a king size bed from Marlo Furniture, I also purchased insurance for all of my furniture as well.

In November 2004, I placed a call to Marlo, because 3 drawers from for the children sets had broken, a repairman came out 1-2 weeks later and place an order to replaced the drawers. Today is August 31, 2005 and I have yet to received my drawers. I've called Marlo on several occasions, March 2005- I was told the order was never placed by a customer service Rep. named Pat, the Parts Director never placed the order by the name of Iris.

I called again in April 2005 to see if the order was placed, it was not, the customer service rep by the name of Brenda re-order the parts once again. I call again in June to place the order and the customer service rep. re-placed the order once again, also placed an order for my King size mattress to be replaced because they failed to deliver the correct mattress.

I called today, and the Customer service rep. by the name of Tammy, indicated that she will send my order once again to the Part Director, because Marlo should received an order in today or tomorrow, and my items is not going to come in when I want them to. Not to mention I have been waiting for almost an year for my childen drawer and 5 months for my king size mattress (serta) that I have paid insurance for.

My total cost of this furniture is over $3,000 dollars. Tammy could not indicated whether my item is on the deliver or not, because of course they haven't received them yet, not only she don't know if a delivery is coming in, but she indicate that Marlo will not replace my furniture because it's fixable. But where it is.

This store have the most rude, disrespectful, unpleasant, uncompassionate customer service department I have ever seen. But Marlo Furniture Store managers, never call you back or are never available to help solve a problem, their company created. I would like to have my king size mattress replaced and my childrens drawers replaced NOW! or give me new drawers or bedroom sets to replace the furniture I have been waiting almost a year for, if this problem is not ever going to be resolve, Come and get your furniture and Give me my money back. OH! But Marlo Furniture store don't have a problem in taking your money.

If you are going to advertise good reliable company, with a great customer service department, make sure it's the truth. I will never shop at Marlo Furniture Store again in my life. Stand by your advertisement or get out of business. Because you will continue to received Ripoff and other reports about your company, and your customers or future consumes will be no more, because or stories like this any many others I have read recently.
