I am full of murderous RAGE due to Marlo's HORRIBLE customer service.

I bought a $2,000 bedroom set, and when the delivery man installed my vanity mirror to the dresser, it was extremely uneven. It was set all the way to the right. A BLIND person could have done a better job. Not to mention the mirror was BROKEN!!!!!

I tried contacting someone but there is no way to reach a human being on the wretched phone system. I called customer service, was on hold for at least half an hour, and when I finally got through to someone, they hung up on me.

I tried calling the showroom, but the switchboard operator was HORRIBLY inept. She said she'd transfer my call, so i waited and when someone picked up the line it was HER again. I complained about not being able to get through to anyone on the phone, and she was RUDE to me and HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!! Never in my life have I been treated so horribly on the phone.

Marlo is TERRIBLE!!! The people are rude and incompetant. They SCREWED UP my furniture, and there was no way for me to talk to anyone about it, and the people I could talk to were rude and hung up!! I am violently angry. I will never EVER deal with Marlo again in my life.

As a matter of fact I am soo outraged at Marlo's unprecedented ineptitude and indifference for their faults that I am going to contact every local tv station and offer them the story of Marlo's dispicable scam. Noone should ever have to deal with this.

Don't buy from Marlo!!! It's a NIGHTMARE!!

Have you ever purchased from marlo's?

have you ever tried to get through to someone at the cust svc center or showroom?

do you have anything better to do then surf the inet and post comments?

If you answered "NO" to all these questions you need to seriously close your mouth.

Marlo's is HORRIBLE, their service is HORRIBLE, the people they hire are HORRIBLE, (except sales for obvious reasons, we all BOUGHT the furniture) their phone system is HORRIBLE and I don't think they should be out of business but someone needs to put a foot down. They have like 10 pages of complaints on here. I still don't have my table and chairs yet, but had I ordered a living room and bedroom too and it all still wasn't here I would be in a FIT OF MURDEROUS RAGE also. So just continue to surf the net in scottsdale ok c.

MURDEROUS rage? VIOLENTLY angry? They're selling furniture here, not saving lives. Maybe if you weren't spouting off at the mouth on people who could possibly try and help you if you gave them half a chance, they wouldn't be constantly hanging up on you. You don't need customer service, you need anger management classes and a good psychiatrist.
