Marobo Motors Dirty and incompetent Saint Petersburg, Florida

Our experience was simple. Marobo Motors failed to repair a scooter correctly. It failed within minutes leaving us stranded about a mile away. They argued that part failure is the responsibility of the manufacturer. They left the scooter where it sat for us to deal with.

The techs were as unhelpful as possible even suggesting that we were lying about the breakdown. They appear dirty and the presence of numerous empty beer cans should have warned me off, but I trusted a local business with fingers crossed.

Disturbing and costly not just in the repair cost, but the time, numerous trips, retrieval of the broken down scooter they supposedly just repaired and the delivery to another shop to do the work right took hours away from my job.
