Rich Bernstein the CEO of several Mars Venus Entities and partner in crime of John Gray the well known charlatan and self proclaimed doctor with no degrees other than a high school diploma is scheduled to be arraigned tomorrow November 3, 2011 on additional criminal charges. Wow I hope Nevada puts this guy away and makes room in the cell for John Gray. What a bunch of losers but I do candidly have to admit it was quite entertaining watching these videos of a convicted felon out on bail still trying to get that last sale of the day in. John Gray is a hypocrite who pretends to be something he isn't. Gray is so desperate to dupe others into his Mars Venus scam that he still has convicted ex-felon Rich Bernstein running the Mars Venus Organization.

This time around Bernstein is wearing an ankle monitoring bracelet for he is awaiting trial on several felony charges including theft for monies he stole from Mars Venus Coaching clients. Don't let the above press release fool you which states above.

Gray may wish and pray that Bernstein is exonerated so he can continue to defraud more money from Mars Venus Coaching clients but additional charges have been added and the prosecutors have assured the victims in this case Bernstein will do a minimum of at least 5 years in prison. Until then there is a pending civil action against this organization and it appears more criminal arrests may follow.

In the meantime a word of advice to John Gray a person who is inwardly evil but outwardly professes to be virtuous, if your going to lie to the public cover your tracks. Don't have Bernstein blasting all over the internet that he is still CEO of Mars Venus and promoting you and your organization after you issued the above press release. It just further solidifies the fact that you John Gray are a hypocrite and in the business of tearing lives apart and not helping anyone but yourself.

These Mars Venus people are completely full of it, and the above press release proves it.

The charges relate to his involvement with the unfolding of a business venture that dates back to 2007 and well before Mr. Bernsteins association with John Gray, Ph.D. and the Mars Venus Coaching organization.  The Mars Venus Coaching organization has not been named by the Attorney Generals Office. Mr. Bernstein has denied any wrongdoing.

Dr. Gray, the founder of the Mars Venus phenomenon and the Mars Venus Coaching organization, has expressed his full support for Mr. Bernstein.  We have a high degree of respect, love and caring for Rich as a coach, mentor and friend.  We wish Rich and his family the best during these difficult times.  Our sincere hope and expectation is that Rich is exonerated from these charges and can return to lead Mars Venus Coaching as soon as possible said Dr. Gray.

 As an ex-Mars Venus Coach, I can assure you that this company is a SCAM!  They start off with forcing you to give them $20,000 to $40,000 US for training and a b/s Franchise that isn't actually legal anywhere except in Nevada.  Then they give you high financial income expectations, which do not happen!!! 

In my own case, they stole $20,000 from me, without giving me any Franchise documentation at all.  Then they demanded that I pay $1000.00 per month for Franchise Fee's...for a Business I did not even own!!

I know Rich Bernstein, so when I read your statement that "he has been to federal prison" I looked up his inmate information. The FBI Inmate Locator listed a Richard Bernstein, white male, age 49 was released from federal prison in 1985. This would make his current age 73.

The Rich Bernstein I know with Mars Venus Coaching, is presently (2009) in his early 50's. Your statement appears to be a legally actionable slander/defamation. I will pass this on to him.
