Marsh Jewelers never refund me $208.15 for an item that was never shipped to me Wetumpka Alabama

Don't trust Marsh Jewelers! Once you paid your money, you will never see it again!

I bought some precious stones online and inmediately paid with paypal. The transaction went through smoothly until 20 days later I received an email saying that I had not paid.

Then is when I started dealing with the customer service @ Marsh Jewelers. They are completaly inefficient, rude and will never ever return your calls.

This all started nearly a year ago and I still have not had my refund. I have called them every month and they keep on saying that will be refuned, tomorrow, or at the end of the week... I've heard that about 15 times!. Still I have not received my money!!!

I managed to talk to the 'Manager' who also told me either tomorrow or at the end of the week...
