We hired Jared Martens - aka Martens law firm. Biggest mistake of our lives. this fool had NO clue what he was doing. He went into court room completely unprepared-loses what should have been a slam dunk case. Overbilled us about $6000! (total bill $11000). We hired another attorney who got our charges dismissed for less than $3000! This guy is a farce!

It is our goal to provide quality representation for our clients.
After reading the complaint submitted, we performed an audit of our case files and found no file that contained any of the billing metrics that were mentioned. There was no collection of retainer on any one case in excess of $5000.00, let alone the alleged figure of $11,000.00. For this reason, the complaint submitted appears to be mis-directed at best.
Further, the reference to the case being a "slam dunk case" is not in line with any description that our office uses to define legal situations. We carefuly review case information, and build a strategy based upon the laws governing the allegations as well as our clients requests.
We would be happy to review this complaint further in order to rectify the situation, but due to the lack of factual information, it is difficult to determine how to go about doing so. Should the submitter wish to provide accurate information, we would be happy to review.
