Hello,
I sold my old Mercedes Benz to Martin Uebermuth. I advertised the car for U.S. buyer only. A guy from Louisiana called me and asked me to sell car to German man. Sergio was the name of the guy. Currently, Sergio has complaint to me about Martin. Sergio claims Martin Uebermuth stole him a vehicle Sergio sent him to buy. Sergio has contacted me because Martin attempted to scam me too. Martin made false claims about him paying for the car twice. It is not. I was not paid twice for car. Martin tried to scam me and he could not do it. Beware, this is a con artist. He has scammed the guy who helped him to buy my Mercedes. This man has no respect for anyone. He is a scammer, you can read Sergio's complaint on this website too. Sergio spoke to me on the phone. He said he contacted the Aachen police. Sergio has filed an FBI complaint to close Martin Uebermuth paypal accounts. This man needs to stop his false claims, he twists everythin. Do not sell or buy anything from him. stay away from him. Please, find attached emails you can read what went on.I would not do business with him again!

Dear guys,
Paul sold a car to me he was paid and thats it.
My tax adviser mentioned that paypal did it two times und nstead off one time.
The only thing I asked Paul for was to check if he received the Pay,ent for the car two times!
It seems that paul has a problem with the fact that i earned out of his car goid money, but Paul, that is business!
I never scammed anyone.
Paul beware of this Sergio, your choice....
This Sergio Cassanola or as the german police states his Name is possibly Sergio Cassagniola, does not pay his debts!
My company is not responsible to pay for his obsolete and badly planned Project.
My company is not responsible for a hurricane and loosing his job and home.
My company will not pas his bills or buying from him a vehicle fir which he paid far too much money and on top of that which he has not bought from us!
We transported and stored his vehicle and he refuses to pay storage bill and work we have done to his junk car project...
Thecase is nowat the german police and will go over from germany to the states and Mr. Cassanola or cassagniola can be shure ans ashured, that he need to pay much money fir doing public fals acusations and he will need to pay my lawyers and of course he will need to pay his debts.
accusing me at the policefor crimes i have not made is a crime by itself! So Paul, beware of this Mr. Sergio Cassanola...

Why do you think that i need to buy ypur junk car?
Why don't you pay the storage and why don't you collect your car? since 3 rd of june each day you need to pay 10 US Dollar storage, this has been communicated now numerous times. We ashure you, that your attempt to get out of your debts by goung to the Police and doing false accusations is not only bad behaviour, no it is a crime Mr. Cassagniola or Cassanola.
My lawyers are wirking on that case...
