I bought a 2002 white nissan altima from Matrix Auto Sales. My deposit was $2000 CASH! (MY hard earned money) I settled for an APR of 29% (Stupid right? I had no credit and I needed a car) However, my intentions were to pay it off in 6 months so that way it would be cheaper..

The car broke down 3 days after i purchased it, the battery went dead, then a couple days later it started shaking and shiftinggears on its on, so I had to take it to get serviced...In a 10-day period I got so many probelems from this car. Before I bought it they told me it was serviced, it had a NEW battery, they changed the oild gasket...ALL LIES!!!!! I called them and their business telephone was disconnected. When I finally got one of them they would hang up on me and then finally the told me because of the weather, the problem was not their concern and wait for this....My warranty only covered my transmission and engine..At this point I demanded my money back..THEY REFUSED!!!!! They came and pick up my car while I was asleep for no reason. They ILLEGALLY repossed my vehicle....I missed work BECAUSE OF THEM!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I'm warning you, do not BUY a car from them! They ripped me off! I'm left without a car and without my $2000 I put down...

The have been in business for less than a year, they are not even certified to have a business.They do not have a businesss license either..

Stay away from there, not to mention the secretary is sleeping with the boss..Nasty b***h!!!! and Zauala (salesguy) he pretended he didnt know english anymore.
