Mart's Oil Service ripoff Wilmington Delaware

It started in 2004 when i signed up with Mart's oil service for automatic delivery, I gave them my debit card account information and my name address, and phone number. They stated it would be a few days until the oil was delivered.

A few weeks went by and no oil. I called and they stated I would have to pay a higher rate now. I told them I would not accept that and just wanted the deal I had originally signed up for. they stated they had no prior knowledge of a contract with with me.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they replied with lies, stating that I had originally signed up, and that my credit was bad, but they would allow me to sign up now at the same rate I had originally signed up for. I let this go knowing they did not run my credit(or better not have, as I did not give them permission to nor provide my date of birth or social security number to them). I went with the original contract that they would automatically deliver oil at a discounted rate and automaticaklly withdrawal from my account.

The contract is a year contract, and about six months into the contract the charge me $120 to renew the contract( they sent no renewal paperwork to me). I let this go and continued the contract.

This year my wife and I decided we would not renew the contract, I called and told them we did not wish to renew and they stated that I would recieve the renewal paperwork soon and could cancel after recieving that( I explained that I did not recieve the paperwork the previous year). Two weeks go by and no paperwork for the renewal, then my account get charged for the renewal. I immediately call and tell them I want to canccel, and they tell me it is too late to cancel and will not refund the money.
