MARTYN ANSTEY is a charlatan and a con artist.

Stay away from him to save your life. it just might!

He calls himself a business growth consultant. He's a smooth talker, don't let him fool you. He's literally a thief; I had to find that out the hard way.

He speaks eloquently, but none of the content or ideas are his. It's other people's wisdom he is ripping off, without attribution.

He borrows money, promises to pay it back but doesn't. He has stolen from a number of the Tony Robbins Platinum Partners.

Apparently he is, or is planning to be, in the porn business. Some of the domains he owns: koreancumsuckers.com, paisapussy.com, paisasex.com, medellinsex.com, spankmyyank.com, paisaescorts.com, columbiasextube.com, girlscolombia.com, medellinxxx.com, porncolombia.co.

Personal dispute between two individuals where one party decided to post untrue statements online to question the other person’s reputation which he has successfully built over the last 20 years. End of story. Happy to provide countless professional and personal references from recognized leaders in business, Government, investment, social impact, non-profit and academic fields. Your Online Reputation

Our client would like others to learn from his experience so that they do not become a victim as well.  He encourages you to find out what others are saying about you online and to also register your online identity (“yourname.com”) and your social media profile names before someone else claims them.

Our client encourages potential posters to focus on resolving issues directly with the other party or through a mediator when both parties are in a calm state and not to take actions when in an emotional state of mind.

We represent the above-mentioned person in connection with various business and personal matters.  We are writing this rebuttal to (i) categorically deny each and every single allegation made by this anonymous poster; (ii) clarify that these allegations constitute an obvious attempt to defame him in violation of any number of relevant civil and potentially criminal laws in the United States and in other jurisdictions; and (iii) make clear that his reputation as business leader as well as community/non-profit volunteer has always been and remains spotless.

Those who know him know him to be a person full of integrity, professionalism, and humanity who has achieved enviable global success in his corporate life, entrepreneurial ventures and who has embarked on numerous adventures and expeditions.  It is unfortunate that someone who has a purely personal issue with him has decided to attempt to undermine his personal, and business reputation in this manner.

Caught in the Middle

The above named person is currently caught in the middle.  On the one hand, he is frustrated that someone who is clearly upset regarding a purely personal issue can publish falsehoods for all the world to see with absolutely no repercussions.  On the other hand, this website’s (ROR’s) entire business model is based on allowing anonymous posters to publish potentially libelous content with very little if any recourse for those who are unjustifiably affected by that content.  Even accepting this website’s paid-for arbitration process doesn’t ensure the removal of potentially libelous content; this website actually states in its terms and conditions that it will not remove postings of this type.

We could write volumes regarding the expanding controversy involving ROR, its business practices and the dozens of lawsuits and complaints that have mired literally  hundreds of innocent people in a legal and personal limbo.  At this point, recommend that you just google “ripoff report scam” to find out more regarding this issue or just request an information packet using the information below.
