Mark Zeitz  was talking about the checks that Michael Zeitz had sent over night to his office 5918 Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa. from Equity Mortgage Lending Agent. I hung up the phone from Mark Zeitz and called the agent for Equity Mortgage Lending asking why was the checks sent to Michael Zeitz!

 The agent replied  that (Mike) Michael Zeitz called and said he needed the money sent to him so he could start the job right away. December 31st, 2009 Mark Zeitz brought both checks over for me to sign; I did not sign both checks I refused only signing one check as down payment for the bathroom remodeling job.

I took the stub from the check to prove that Mark Zeitz the company representative took the signed check. Mark Zeitz asked what did I take I replied my receipt. He also told me it didn't matter who held the checks, when I asked.

I became very upset with the whole transaction and the representative Mark Zeitz didn't want to here my complaint, saying I needed to talk with (Mike) Michael Zeitz. Mind you no receipt was given to me (TRAMATIZED FINANCIALLY) for total price, down payment, or balance on updated contract papers.

I went on the intranet and researched Marvel Builders my findings were not good, very poor. Michael Zeitz did not call after receiving  the signed check. Not on Janurary 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th, 2010; I called asking for Michael Zeitz on Janurary 5th, 2010 one of his workers George answered the phone stating that Michael Zeitz was not in.. Then asked who's calling I gave my name while he covered the phone he told (Mike) it's that lady. Now Michael Zeitz comes on the phone.
